To inform the brand refresh, Outthought produced a full strategy document that reconnected Webbs to its origins in Holt.

By reintroducing ‘Of Holt’ into the logo and brand language, we emphasised the store itself as the heart of the customer experience — a place defined by care, relationships, and craftsmanship.

Drawing on the signature blue already present in the shop, we established it as an ownable brand colour, alongside a distinctive duotone treatment to unify imagery.

Together, these elements rooted the identity in both place and experience, creating a brand that feels authentic, timeless, and true to Webb’s heritage.
